In her free time, she loved sewing, crafting, was an avid reader, and loved to play Bingo.

In 2002, Ramona and her husband Faris moved to Chillicothe, Ohio to be near their sons, living at Hopeton Village Senior Living Apartments, where they met a host of very dear, good friends.

Surviving are their children, James (Nelda) Thompson, Richard (Juanita) Thompson, and Troy (Deborah Myers) Thompson; beloved granddaughters, Emily Thompson & fiancé Pablo Beierle, and Molly Toth-Thompson & husband Rob Herring; her great-grandson, Wyatt Toth-Thompson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Faris, two sisters, Juanita and Paula, and a brother, Richard.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation services will be performed. Ramona will be laid to rest next to her husband, Faris, in Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward, OK at a future date.
